Jura
Jura’s commitment to perfection has resulted in some of the most remarkable stone setting being done today. Born in Russia, he was initially educated as a Petrochemical Engineer. He received his education at the Conservatory of St. Petersburg in Russia and later studied music at the Artez Conservatory of Music in Arnhem, The Netherlands. He worked as an engineer until his passion for music led him to become both a professional musician and a music teacher.
Most recently, his love for art in all forms led him to found Diaset, www.diaset.nl, a high-end stone setting company located in The Netherlands. His unique micro-pavé technique can be described as no less than phenomenal. In 2005, he was awarded first prize in New Russian Style at the International Jewellery Moscow show. His work has been further acknowledged by top designers worldwide who entrust Jura to create their most intricate designs.
His attention to detail and desire to produce work that is truly top quality has resulted in some of the most stunning stone setting ever seen.
