Biography
Having apprenticed under a master stone setter, Blaine Lewis spent a decade refining his bench skills with an upscale 100-year-old AGS firm. Many top jewelers helped him throughout the years; therefore, he felt it was important to share his knowledge so other jewelers could enhance their careers. He has been a guest lecturer for the Society of American Goldsmiths and a featured authority at numerous professional jewelry shows. Blaine operates the New Approach School for Jewelers and also teaches a special course at the GRS Training Center. His expanding video productions include the ground-breaking classroom-in-a-box Bezel & Flush Setting and The Art of Setting Princess Cuts. He has redefined what jewelry-making videos can be.
